NT100 Light Panels: Seamless Light Across the Whole Ceiling Plane
Most ceilings are lit by points: downlights, linear fittings, the odd pendant. Each one adds a hole, a shadow line and something else for the eye to land on. NT100 takes a different approach. It turns the ceiling itself into the light source, so a room is lit evenly from a single, uninterrupted plane with no visible luminaires.
How NT100 works
NT100 is our standard-format architectural light panel. LED modules sit within a profile above a translucent stretch membrane, which diffuses the light so the surface glows evenly instead of showing individual sources. From below you see one calm, seamless plane: no grid, no joins, no fittings.
Uniform, shadow-free light across the full ceiling plane.
Primary illumination or feature: use it to light the room, or as a decorative five-sided Glow panel.
Made to measure: custom-engineered in Wellingborough to suit the room, including large continuous areas and shaped panels.

Choosing the right panel in the NT range
NT50: the smaller-format light panel.
NT100: the standard-format light panel covered in this article.
NT-S100: the slim version for depth-constrained ceilings.
NT100A: the combined acoustic and lighting panel. If the room also needs sound absorption, this is the one to specify.
That last distinction matters. NT100 is a lighting product. Where reverberation is a concern, as in offices, classrooms or restaurants, specify NT100A or pair NT100 with our acoustic stretch ceilings elsewhere in the room.
Where NT100 works best
Reception areas and showrooms that need a strong first impression.
Offices and meeting rooms where even, low-glare light helps people work at screens.
Healthcare and wellness spaces that call for calm, diffuse light.
Windowless rooms and basements, where a lit ceiling plane reads like daylight.
Specification notes
Agree the lighting brief early: illuminance, colour temperature and control system.
Check available ceiling depth; if it is tight, look at NT-S100.
Plan driver positions and maintenance access with the electrical designer.
