NeviTec Accessibility

Nevitec is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience regardless of technology or ability. We adhere to current web standards and accessibility guidelines to ensure our content is accessible to as many users as possible. If you encounter any difficulties using our website please let us know. We will endeavour to rectify any issues raised in future iterations of this site.

All pages on this site comply with Level 2 of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and validate. The site is built using well-structured semantic markup with appropriate tags to add semantic value to content ensuring it can be read interpreted by web browsers and screen readers.

Our efforts include:

* Maintaining a standard conventional layout and structure throughout the website.

* Using the correct and appropriate HTML tags to mark up pages and content.

* Using CSS to control styling and presentation.

* Using JavaScript in an unobtrusive manner to separate content from presentation and behaviour.

* Checking contrast levels between elements to enhance legibility for visually impaired users.

* Employing a logical typographical hierarchy for content to enhance readability.

* Using table-based markup only for tabular data and never for layout or presentation.

* Using an adaptive page layout system to display content appropriately on different viewing devices.

* Ensuring link text makes contextual sense using title and rel attributes.

* Writing content in a style that is understandable and easy to follow.

If our site does not meet the needs of a specific user group and it is necessary to make changes to content, structure or markup, we will endeavour to make the necessary changes to ensure the site is as accessible as possible. Please contact us at hello@nevitec.com
