Unlike traditional acoustic ceiling tiles, which introduce visible perforations, grid systems, or bulky panels, NeviTec's acoustic stretch ceilings maintain a completely seamless surface. Sound passes effortlessly through the fabric membrane into the acoustic core behind — available in polyester wool, mineral wool, or melamine foam depending on the performance specification required. The result is a clean, minimalist ceiling with measurable acoustic improvement.
Our acoustic systems are available in both PVC and polyester membranes and can be specified across a wide range of finishes, colours, and tensions. They work equally well as a full ceiling replacement or as acoustic baffles and wall panels. All systems are manufactured at our facility in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, and can be delivered and installed across the UK.

Micro-Perforation Technology:
NeviTec’s PVC membranes feature up to 300,000 nearly invisible micro-perforations per square metre. Sound waves pass through these minute holes and are trapped in the air cavity behind the membrane, converting sound energy into thermal energy and significantly reducing noise intensity.
Reverberation Control:
By utilising high-density sound-absorbing cores in their panels and baffles, NeviTec effectively eliminates slap-back echoes and excessive reverberation. NeviTec Polyester Acoustic Solutions
NeviTec Polyester Acoustic Solutions provide a seamless high-performance method for managing noise in both residential and commercial spaces without compromising interior aesthetics. Manufactured in the UK, the system utilises a highly durable PU-coated woven polyester fabric that is ‘cold-stretched’ over a specialised sub-frame housing an acoustic absorbent core such as mineral wool or melamine foam. The tensioned fabric acts as a flawless open-pore canvas that allows sound waves to pass through and become trapped in the insulation effectively eliminating echoes and reducing room reverberation. Depending on the depth of the backing insulation which ranges from a space-saving 10mm wall application to a deep 100mm ceiling void these installations can achieve a top-tier Class A acoustic absorption rating (an NRC of up to 1.00). Beyond their excellent sound-dampening capabilities the polyester membranes are 15 times stronger than traditional PVC ceilings are moisture-resistant fire-rated and can be customised with high-resolution UV digital printing to double as an architectural art piece.
