INSTALLATION PROTOCOL
01 // MECHANICAL FIXATION & REMOTE POWER Precision Alignment Due to the slim 50mm profile, the system utilizes a Remote Driver Architecture.

Substrate Fixing: The aluminium frame is direct-fixed to a rigid backing (plywood/drywall) or suspended via internal bridging bars to ensure absolute flatness.

Remote Engineering: Bulkier power supplies are relocated to an accessible service void (up to 20m away), sending only safe 24V DC cabling to the fixture. This eliminates heat buildup within the shallow housing and simplifies future maintenance.
02 // MATRIX DEPLOYMENT & TENSIONING The "Drum-Skin" Finish Once the frame is secure, the light engine and surface are applied.

LED Integration: High-density LED ladders are rolled out and adhered directly to the backing plate, utilizing the aluminium structure for thermal dissipation.

Thermal Tensioning: The PVC or textile diffuser is inserted via a perimeter locking track (Harpoon System). Heat is applied to stretch the membrane, creating a flawless, drum-tight surface that conceals the shallow depth behind it.
